A high-profile man tried on two rape fees stemming from an incident in Toowoomba didn’t seem in courtroom.
When the fees had been first introduced up in Toowoomba Magistrates’ Courtroom on Wednesday, protection lawyer Rowan King appeared on the person’s behalf as an alternative.
The person’s title can’t be given at this stage, as Queensland regulation prohibits the identification of these accused of sexual assault or rape.
On Wednesday, Mr. King submitted his bail circumstances and medical paperwork whereas requesting an adjournment.
