Enforcement brokers for the Louisiana Division of Wildlife and Fisheries cited three people for alleged migratory recreation chicken abuses in Iberia Parish on Dec.

Brokers accused Ricky Berthelot Sr, 52, Ricky Berthelot Jr., 31, and David Berthelot, all from Bayou Pigeon, of looking migratory gamebirds in a bait space.

Brokers oversee a corn-fed pond within the Atchafalaya Basin. The brokers witnessed the three males come and hunt the baited space. Brokers confiscated 5 picket geese and donated them to an area charity.
